Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Peptide Network handles when you use this site and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, the time you signed up and a random unsubscribe code. We use it only to send new-article messages once the newsletter starts.
  • Contact form: the email address, optional name and message you send, and the time it arrived. We use it only to reply and to fix reported errors.
  • Short-lived request data: to stop abuse of the forms, the server keeps the IP address of recent form submissions in memory for up to one hour. It is not written to the database.

We do not use advertising, tracking cookies or third-party marketing tools, and we do not sell or share your information.

Services that see your requests

  • Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks. It processes technical request data such as IP addresses and may provide us with aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics.
  • Google Fonts serves the typeface, so your browser sends a request to Google when a page loads.

Stored in your browser

The site remembers your chosen colour theme in your browser's local storage. Nothing else is stored on your device unless you sign in to the admin area.

How long we keep it

Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted once they have been handled, and at the latest after 12 months.

Your choices

Every sign-up receives a personal unsubscribe link that removes the address at once. To see, correct or delete any other information we hold about you, write to us through the contact page.
