Growth Hormone Peptides Research Guides
5 articles
Growth hormone peptides act on the pituitary gland or on the hormones that follow its signal. Only one compound here is an approved medicine: tesamorelin, licensed in the United States to reduce excess abdominal fat in adults with HIV lipodystrophy. Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, MK-677 and IGF-1 LR3 are not approved, and most of their data come from small or early trials and animal studies. Tesamorelin results in clinical trials shows what an approved label rests on, and the ipamorelin, tesamorelin and CJC-1295 comparison explains how the compounds differ. Most of them are prohibited in sport.
