Peptides for Healing and Recovery Research
3 articles
Healing and recovery peptides are promoted for injuries, tendons and muscle repair, yet the evidence behind them comes mostly from animal and cell studies. BPC-157 is not an approved medicine, has only a few small human reports, and is prohibited in sport. Blends such as KLOW combine several compounds that have each been studied even less as a mix. Start with the research overview on peptides and recovery, which sorts the compounds by the kind of evidence behind them, then read the BPC-157 guide for what the human data do and do not show. None of these guides gives personal dosing advice.
